Save the United States from Financial Ruin

The Congress is now ready to make many serious decisions that will cause corporations to leave the country and our financial system to be destroyed. These pitfalls must be avoided.

**Debt:  

Stop the spending. We cannot tolerate the Obama rate of debt. You must start reducing the size of Government. Eliminate the Departments of Energy and Education for starters and give the responsibility and money to the states, do the same in other areas. Privatize Amtrak, the Post Office and all schools. Cut welfare, eliminate foreign donations, drop out of the United Nations, tell NATO we will no longer participate in NATO until they increase their military to a point they would be able assist the U.S in a confrontation, reduce all other spending by 10% or until the budget is below 3 trillion dollars for 2009,2010 and 2011. Stabilize Medicare and Social Security.

**Amnesty:

Stop the nonsense and secure our borders and stop all federal benefits for illegal immigrants. Create a bill that will provide for temporary workers with a serious background and health check and will insure they do not stay longer than 9 months and they return to their homeland. And will identify them in a very secure manner at all times. Now just enforce EXISTING law!

**AIG:

Stop the lying by Chris Dodd, Obama, Tim Geithner and others. Stand up and be counted. They should all be impeached for Malfeasance of Fiduciary duties. Their modus operandi is simple… Create a giant mess and then pretend to fix it: while gouging taxpayers evermore.

**Obama:

You must do something to stop him from total destruction. If he continues at the rate he is presently making changes he will cause many people to loose their jobs, be killed by terrorist, and destroy the job base of the United States. You must act to stop him; YOU MUST ACT! He is in way over his head and has no other leadership to guide him only Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, Chris Dodd and Barney Franks and they are busy creating more problems as leaders in our banking system while they receive money from the people they regulate and have over sight responsibility. And cut off the funding of ACORN. I also feel there is justification to impeach Obama as he is neglecting his duty to protect the American people from terrorism as in the past. Act before a couple hundred thousand people are killed.

**Taxing Corporations:

This is getting out of control, the US government has no business running companies and firing corporate leaders. The Board of GM should sue Obama for interfering in Corporate Governance. This appears unconstitutional! The Congress has not been able to run Medicare, Social Security, AMTRAK, or keep the Post Office, a whorehouse or even the Senate Cafeteria profitable. The biggest threat to the economy is the U. S. Congress. 

**Tax increases:

Carbon Tax, Corporate tax, individual tax, State Tax. You have gone tax and spend crazy and because of the Obama Policies we will see many of our best profitable corporations and employers leave the United States to a more government friendly nation. And the ones that do stay will be those being propped up by the federal government. Plus, you are driving investments off shore and capital will not be available in the United States. Enact the Fair Tax quickly and cut the corporate tax big time.

**Health Care:

We do not need health care. If you stop and think, you cannot determine anyone that does not have access to health care. We are presently even providing free health care to those that are here illegally. This is only a political ploy. In the end it will be a complete disaster for everyone. We certainly do not have the money to do it now. If a new system is adopted we will insist that ALL government workers only receive that system as well as ALL Congressmen and Senators. Look at what happened to Natasha Richardson in Canada, they had to rush her to New York. If they could have treated her she would have lived. Spend your time fixing Medicare and Social Security; you have enough problems.

**Daily Destruction:

Everyday things get worse and more problems are discovered and being created by Obama and his side kicks… as if we do not have enough problems already. Why bring terrorist from GITMO when we have enough problems in the United States. The first rule is when you discover you are digging in the wrong place.. STOP DIGGING! Take the shovel away form Obama!

**Term Limits:

… Sorry Guys. We don’t see On-the-job-retirement as fit Public Service. Don’t tell us we already have Term Limits called elections. Elections have not worked. Too many of you have bought your votes on our backs. Two terms is long enough for anybody.. And one last Item that seems unsettled. Is Obama a citizen? No one seems to want to come forward and prove that point! Why?

•  Making Health Care more affordable for every American by cutting costs. What we really need is to STOP giving benefits to illegals .
•  Improving education so our children are prepared for the jobs of the 21st Century. True, but that is a twenty year deal. We need help TODAY
•  And that help is REDUCED SPENDING…freeze ALL discretionary spending NOW !
  

I saw the "Alternative Budget" put forth by the GOP and I almost threw up!
Are you on Obama's team?

I urge you to oppose the outlandish and irresponsible spending in the fiscal 2009 Omnibus Appropriations Act, H.R. 1105. Vote NO on this! It will cost taxpayers $410 billion and represents an 8 percent increase from fiscal 2008 levels. Reports indicate there are about 8750 earmarks at a cost of almost $8.0 billion. Combined with the "stimulus" package that was passed just over two weeks ago, total expenditures for some agencies represent an 80 percent increase in spending for fiscal 2009. 

The mammoth bill is fattened with pork, including such outrageous items as $1.9 million for the Pleasure Beach water taxi in Connecticut, the "water taxi to nowhere"; $1.8 million to conduct research in Iowa on "swine odor and manure management"; and $380,000 for the construction of a recreation and fairground area in Kotzebue, Alaska.

You and your colleagues in Congress need to recognize the fiscal reality of our nation's projected $1.75 trillion deficit. This is not the time to lard up the Omnibus Appropriations Act with parochial spending items and saddle this and future generations of taxpayers with more debt. 

In Fact I have proposed that in these tough times   Congress cut their pay.

Share the Pain.

First, the $8.0 Billion MUST GO…COMPLETELY.

That leaves $402 Billion. A 10% reduction in that is not asking too much.

It amounts to

• Holding the line at last year’s level
• A MODEST reduction of 2% to recognize today’s situation.

I believe that ANY politician who does not support such modest restraint is totally unworthy of his job and should be impeached for malfeasance of office.

I call on you to reject this bloated bill. Demonstrate to Americans that you can exercise fiscal restraint and live up to the responsibility of your office to use our taxpayer dollars wisely.

Which of you has the integrity and fortitude to introduce these restraints to your colleagues?

Of course, it’s your call. But we ARE watching!

Why is it the ONLY move bureaucrats know is more spending?

When you or I lose our retirement savings or job,

we have to find ways to cut back, reduce spending.

 I want to start a massive national campaign

to have ALL politicians, servants of the people, join us in our pain.

 Spending MUST be reduced...starting with

1. a salary cut of 50%,  or to $150k Max, whichever is LESS  

2. I think the 50% covers everybody except the Pres.

 The servants should not be richer than the owners!

 They can earn their riches back.

They can then have a pay raise equal to the 0.5% of

reduction in our (National Debt + Unfunded Liabilities = TOTAL Debt)

You are at the crossroads of a historical milestone in American history. Why hang a black cloud over Our Presidency and you personally; everything thing you do; every breath you take. In that cloud is a heavy sword, the sword of your eligibility.

But, I don’t have to brief you on the controversy surrounding your eligibility to be my President. Neither do I want to escalate or elevate the issue to legal machinations as you have chosen to do.

This letter is to you from me, man-to-man.

In virtually no time and with almost no effort YOU can settle the issue.

 Please:

• Authorize any and all authorities, as needed, to make your birth records public.
• Come clean with me about your life in Indonesia; specifically were you ever, through your effort or others, a Citizen of Indonesia and did you ever refute such Citizenship.
• Explain how you managed to visit Pakistan in 1981(?) when US Citizens were banned

In short, live up to your campaign promises of Open, Transparent, and Unified Government.  We need armies of lawyers freeing up your background, not mucking it up.

The hope of our Founding Fathers did not include a hoax on our Presidency. What will your legacy be…Bad Barack or Honest Obama? What will YOU leave to the children of America?

Regardless of any differences we might have on issues, there is no hope for rational debate if you invade the Office of the President a fraud.

With your eligibility clearly established, I will support you as I have all other Presidents in my life; starting with Franklin Delano Roosevelt.

I was thoroughly disgusted to hear that anti-gun Eric Holder passed out of the Judiciary Committee with such an overwhelming vote.

Eric Holder does not support my Second Amendment rights (or YOURS), as evidenced by the fact that he signed on to an anti-gun amicus brief in the DC v. Heller case, arguing that there is NO INDIVIDUAL RIGHT to keep and bear arms.

 

Only Republican Senators Tom Coburn and John Cornyn had the guts to cast a constitutional vote in the committee.

 

CHANGE the following FOR DEMORAT SENATORS

No wonder you guys are the minority party right now. Politico.com reported on January 27 that most in the GOP are not willing to stand up and oppose Obama's agenda.

Sen. DeMint and a few others are standing firm on conservative, constitutional principles. As noted by Politico.com, DeMint is "less willing to compromise with Democrats than many in his party."
